1. Ticket Purchase
1.1. Tickets are sold exclusively through our Razorpay-powered website.
1.2. All ticket sales are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged, except as mentioned in the refund policy (see Section 7).
1.3. The ticket price does not include applicable taxes and transaction fees.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. Payments must be made using the methods available on the Razorpay platform, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or wallets.
2.2. Your payment information will be processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store any payment details on our servers.
3. Event Admission
3.1. A valid ticket is required for entry into the Jaipur Education Summit. Digital or printed copies of the ticket must be presented at the entrance.
3.2. The ticket holder must carry a government-issued photo ID for verification, It can be checked, if needed .
3.3. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person whose ticket or identity is deemed invalid.
4. Event Guidelines
4.1. Attendees must adhere to the rules and regulations of the event venue.
4.2. The organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury occurring during the event.
4.3. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
5. Changes to the Event
5.1. The organizers reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical issues.
5.2. In case of changes to the event schedule, ticket holders will be notified via the registered email or contact number.
6. Prohibited Activities
6.1. Reselling tickets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
6.2. Unauthorized live streaming of the event is not allowed without prior written consent from the organizers.
7. Liability Disclaimer
7.1. The organizers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event.
7.2. The ticket holder assumes all risks associated with attending the event.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
