Tikam Vohara 'Anjana" is a remarkable figure who embodies the spirit of public service and artistic expression. Beginning his career as an RAS officer in 1994, he has dedicated decades to serving the people of Rajasthan. His administrative journey has taken him across the state, serving as Additional District Collector in various districts and as CEO of Zila Parishads. A pivotal chapter of his career was his five-year tenure as CEO of the Rajasthan Heritage Authority, where he oversaw the development of 40 panoramas and memorials, a feat that earned him the Chief Minister's commendation. Following his promotion to IAS, he served as Additional Director General and Joint Secretary of Training at HCM RIPA. He also served as District Collector in Jalor, Rajsamand, Bhilwara, and Shahpura. Currently, he holds the esteemed position of Special Secretary in the Finance (Expenditure) Department of the Rajasthan Government. But his contributions extend far beyond administration. Under the pen name Tikam ‘Anjana,’ he is a prolific poet, with five published collections, including "Maa Se Pyara Naam Nahin," a poignant tribute to motherhood, "Maati Hindustan Ki," expressing his deep love for his homeland, and "Mahabalidani Pannadhay." His work on heritage conservation led to the publication of "Aapni Dharohar Apno Gaurav" in 2022. His literary achievements have been recognized by the Chief Secretary of Rajasthan and the Rajasthan Administrative Service Council, along with numerous awards, including honorary doctorates in both Heritage Conservation and Administration. He is also a sought-after motivational speaker, regularly sharing his wisdom on Doordarshan and All India Radio.
