Dr Shraddha Arya, PhD in Mechanical Engineering, is a dynamic professional with a remarkable blend of technical expertise, leadership, and societal contributions. Currently serving as a mentor for the Bureau of Indian Standards in Rajasthan, Dr. Arya has previously held prestigious positions, including Director of RCEW College, Jaipur (2022–2024) and Member of the Samaj Kalyan Vibhag, Rajasthan. Her achievements are multifaceted, from being a Top-4 finalist in Shimmer Mrs. Rajasthan 2024 to receiving the Indira Mahila Shakti and Protsahan Award from the Women’s and Child Empowerment Department of Rajasthan on Women’s Day 2023. Recognized for her engineering excellence, she was honored with the Outstanding Engineer Services to Society Award by the Institute of Engineers, Rajasthan State Centre, in 2021. A published author and researcher, Dr. Shraddha Arya has contributed significantly to academia with her RTU Engineering Book Engineering Mechatronics (2015) and over 12 international journal publications. Her research has also been showcased at various international conferences. With professional experience as a Production Manager at Clear Edge Filtration India Pvt. Ltd. (2018–2022), Dr. Shraddha continues to inspire as a leader and advocate for innovation, education, and women’s empowerment.
