3. No Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
3.1. Failure to attend the event due to personal reasons.
3.2. Inability to produce a valid ticket or identity proof at the event venue.
3.3. Any technical issues arising from the user’s end during the ticket purchase process.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. Ticket cancellations by the buyer are not permitted.
4.2. In case of a rescheduled event, the original ticket will remain valid for the new date, and no refund will be provided.
