Dr. Nitasha Khatri is a dynamic academic leader, accomplished educator, and thought partner in commerce education. Currently serving as Assistant Professor and Former Head, Department of Commerce at St. Xavier’s College, Jaipur, she brings over two decades of rich teaching experience, combining academic depth with real-world relevance.
Associated with St. Xavier’s College since 2012, Dr. Khatri has earlier served at The IIS University, strengthening her expertise in Accountancy, Business Statistics, Financial Management, and Financial Markets. A University of Rajasthan alumna with distinctions in Accounting and Finance, she went on to earn her doctorate on scholarship, reflecting her consistent academic excellence.
Beyond the classroom, she plays key academic and administrative roles, actively contributing to Admissions, Career Guidance, student mentoring, and global exposure initiatives as Coordinator of the Student Exchange Cell. She has moderated numerous national and international conferences and academic forums.
A passionate researcher, Dr. Khatri has published widely, collaborates with institutions like BSE India and PHD Chamber of Commerce, and holds a rare Patent Design in Commerce, making her one of the few in North India to achieve this distinction.
