Dr. Manisha Gaur, a distinguished clinical psychologist, counselor, and relationship expert, has been tirelessly working to improve mental health for over two decades. Armed with degrees from the University of Rajasthan and specialized training in Child and Adolescent Psychology from NIMHANS, Bengaluru, she serves as Co-Director at Gaur Mental Health Clinic, a leading de-addiction and counseling center.
Dr. Manisha has dedicated her career to addressing critical issues like autism, depression, schizophrenia, dyslexia, and more, particularly among children. Her unwavering commitment extends to creating awareness through workshops, seminars, and media outreach, while also providing free psychological services to underserved populations.
She has trained over 4,000 teachers and B.Ed. students to identify dyslexia and supports geriatric populations with specialized care. An avid researcher and trainer, she collaborates with premier institutions like Lady Shri Ram College, Christ University, and Amity University, mentoring future psychologists and conducting impactful studies.
Dr. Manisha's accolades include the Ideal Women Achievement Award, Tadka Women Recognition Award, and the Vivekanand Gaurav Samman. She also directed the short film “b for doll” on dyslexia, inaugurated by the Governor of Rajasthan. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she offered free counseling to affected families, embodying her ethos of selfless service.
Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Manisha nurtures a creative side, with passions for dance, sports, cooking, and design. Through her initiatives like “Positive Mind, Happy Us” on Facebook and her YouTube channel, she continues to inspire mental well-being and positivity.
